About the role

Provide home-based services for personalized interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) that strive to support, celebrate, and empower the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Implement evidence-based interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to inform and adjust intervention strategies.
  • Document all sessions and maintain accurate records as per regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Fingerprint and background check clearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
  • First aid/CPR certification (American Red Cross or similar) is preferred, but can be taught during training.
  • QBS/Safety Care certification (Quality Behavior Solutions) is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States or provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications
