About The Role
As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. You will help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while partnering closely with families and receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
- Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
- Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout Queens
- After-school and/or weekend availability preferred
RBT Candidates
- We are actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and also welcome candidates who are interested in becoming certified.
- RBT credential preferred, but not required to apply
- Paid training and onboarding provided
- Support available toward RBT certification
- Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
Pay
$21–$25/hour, based on experience and credentials
