Behavior Technician - No Experience Needed

About the role

We are seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Help children develop social and communication skills
• Document progress
• Implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Requirements

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Relevant experience or coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of experience working with children in related roles
