About the role

A perfect pair ABA is seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Suffolk, VA.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across home environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBAC
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Interest in becoming RBT certified
