- Competitive pay: $22.50-$23.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

About the Role
Trumpet Behavioral Health, part of the BlueSprig family of companies, is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who love working with children, enjoy being part of a collaborative team, and are excited about professional growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
- Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule
Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling. Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs. Hours are not guaranteed.
Start Date
