Competitive pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
Training and certification: 15.00/hour for billable client hours worked during BT training, 14.00/hour for non-billable training and administrative time
Reward bonus: $200 bonus on first paycheck for candidates with active RBT certification at time of hire
Training: Fully paid RBT certification training

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, hours vary based on client needs and scheduling; optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
Collect and record data to track client progress
Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
Passion for helping children and families
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training
Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid is required
