Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Teen ABA Therapy Jobs

About the role

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health company, is hiring Behavior Technicians/RBTs to provide ABA therapy for neurodivergent teens in Lansing and Mason, MI. The role focuses on building independence, confidence, and real friendships through play‑based, relationship‑driven support in homes, schools, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA support to teens in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement BCBA‑designed intervention plans and collect session data
• Build genuine relationships with teens and their families

Requirements

• Current 40‑hour RBT training certificate (or completion before start date)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum age 18 years (for regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility)

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or teens
• Strong coaching mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Desire for a long‑term career in ABA rather than a short‑term position
• Reliability: consistent attendance, rare cancellations, and one‑month notice for schedule changes
