Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) | Part-Time After-School Hours | No RBT Required

Compensation

Behavior Technician (BT): Up to $22.00 per hour.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Up to $24.00 per hour. Must maintain an active RBT certification. Pay is based on experience, certification status, and case assignment.

Schedule

Typical session times are between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with additional opportunities available on weekends. Flexible part‑time scheduling includes afternoon, evening, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.
