Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collaborating with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and comprehensive care
• Evaluating progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervising therapists and parents

Describe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families
