The candidate will join BrightBridge ABA, a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to providing evidence-based ABA therapy that empowers children and families. The team is passionate about making a real difference and is committed to a positive, trauma-informed approach.
Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collaborating with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and comprehensive care
- Evaluating progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervising therapists and parents
Describe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families
