Pay
- $22–$28 per hour, with higher pay based on RBT certification and experience
- $100 sign-on bonus after 90 days

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
- Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Track progress and collaborate with your clinical team
Requirements
- ABA experience preferred
- Active RBT certification is a plus
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
