Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients
• Adhere to behavioral health plans developed by other mental health professionals
• Provide patients with beneficial care
• Interview patients at their home or healthcare facility
• Draft reports to relay patient progress to senior mental health professionals
