Behavior Technician (BT) | Autism

About the role

We’re currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about working with children and building meaningful experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with children in a home setting, helping them build essential life and communication skills through structured, supportive care.
• Provide in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Track progress through data collection and session documentation (training provided).
• Support development in behavior, communication, and daily living skills.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, patient, and motivated individuals.
• A minimum high school diploma.
• At least 6 months of ABA or related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback, stay organized, and work independently.
• Comfortable working in a home-based environment.
• Reliable transportation and access to a mobile device for session notes.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
