Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies to promote meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes
- Collect and record data on client progress and conduct sessions in accordance with company protocols
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, respectful, and impactful across settings
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to ensure continued professional growth and development
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs (desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent data collection and recording skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company protocols and policies
