Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their natural environments, such as homes, schools, and communities
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, using standardized assessment tools and strategies
- Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs, including skill-building activities, social skills training, and behavioral interventions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
- RBT certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental needs
- Strong communication, observation, and data collection skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
