Behavior Technician (BT)

About the role

Childwise ABA provides top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, specializing in personalized treatment for children with autism. Our team of dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) delivers evidence-based interventions that promote growth, independence, and meaningful change.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence

Qualifications

• No experience required to become a Behavior Technician (BT)
• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay

Behavior Technician hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)

Schedule

Full-time Behavior Technician position: 40 hours per week
Flexible Behavior Technician schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
