About the role

Childwise ABA provides top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, specializing in personalized treatment for children with autism. Our team of dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivers evidence-based interventions that promote growth, independence, and meaningful change.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills

Pay

Hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)

Schedule

Full-time: 40 hours per week
Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
