Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their home setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision
- Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET)
- Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains
- Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes
- Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members
- Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
- Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience in ABA therapy preferred
- Must be willing to work after school hours
