About the role

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in working with children with autism across Virginia and building a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). No prior experience is required—we provide full training, including support toward your RBT certification, so you can feel confident stepping into the role.

Pay

$22 – $28 per hour, plus a $100 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses.
