Behavior Technician (BT)

Job Summary

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

In this role, you will:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and document progress.
• Collaborate with your clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Experience working with children preferred (autism experience is a plus)
• Reliable transportation and professional availability
• A passion for working with children
• Must be willing to complete RBT training and obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
