Behavior Technician - Bonus Pay!

About the Role

We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one (1:1) therapy sessions and, when clinically appropriate, two-on-one (2:1) therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills.
• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams.
• Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Professional references.
• Reliable transportation and clean criminal history.
• Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay

$17–$25 per hour. Technicians with 1+ year of experience and active RBT certification start at $20/hour.
