Behavior Technician - Bonus Pay!
About the Role
Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic serving children with autism and their families. Our Farmington Hills clinic features a renovated school setting designed for children up to age 8, with large classrooms, therapy rooms, and outdoor play areas. We treat the family as a whole, often including siblings and parents in therapy. Services include a 3-month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and daytime center-based programs.

We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
- Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
- Collect data and document progress
- Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
- Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Professional references
- Reliable transportation and clean criminal history
- Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Pay
$17–$25 per hour
