Responsibilities
- Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school settings.
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a BCBA to create meaningful change.
- Aid clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
- Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
- Follow treatment plans and educate others about ABA interventions.
- Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
