Behavior Technician (Bachelor's Degree Required)
About the role
Join Coyne & Associates as a Behavior Technician and work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 who have developmental delays or autism. You’ll bring lesson plans to life in their homes, track progress, celebrate milestones, and coach caregivers to integrate ABA techniques into daily routines.
Coyne has been making a difference for over 20 years in a close-knit, supportive environment led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You’ll receive hands-on, paid training in real-life sessions—no screen-stuck learning here.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR 4 years of experience in early intervention
- Ages 21+ with a valid driver’s license, car, and auto insurance

Pay
$21–$27/hour, with full pay during training. Additional compensation may include overtime, last-minute cancellation pay, and holiday/sick leave per state and federal laws.
Schedule
Flexible hours available: part-time, full-time, and Saturday shifts.
