About the role
At Upstate Caring Partners, we're seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals with a Bachelor’s degree who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) while building a future in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Apply evidence-based ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and build new skills.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and guide treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
- A passion for helping individuals with autism and IDD succeed.
- Commitment to earning Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within your first year.

$21.23/hour for full-time positions in school programs or residential settings.
