About the role
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions
- Implement and modify treatment plans based on child progress
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure consistent care
- Track and document client progress
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each child
Requirements
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- State-specific RBT requirements (see below)
Qualifications
- Experience with ABA therapy is not required; paid training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism

Pay & Perks
- Hourly rate: $20 and up based on ABA experience/training

Physical Requirements

Location Specific Requirements
- Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina: RBT required before working with clients
- Northern California, Maryland, New Mexico, Virginia: RBT required within 90 days of hire
- Massachusetts, New Hampshire: RBT required before working with clients
