Behavior Technician

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care offers a holistic approach and integrated care for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities, combining expertise to deliver high-quality behavioral services.

Schedule

• Mix of in-home (Martinsburg) and in-clinic (Front Royal) sessions
• Wednesday: 5p–7p
• Thursday: 5p–7p or 4p–7p
• Friday: 4p–7p
• Saturday: Every other week, 1p–3p

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision
• Provide feedback on client progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information
• Work effectively as a team contributor and independently with strong communication
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
• Minimum six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instruction, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple assignments/locations daily
