About the role
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a supportive team
- Track progress and adjust plans as needed
- Support children's growth and development
Requirements
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- State-specific RBT requirements (see above)
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about helping children with autism
- Experience with ABA therapy is not required; paid training provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements
