About the role

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a supportive team
  • Track progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Support children's growth and development

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • State-specific RBT requirements (see above)

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about helping children with autism
  • Experience with ABA therapy is not required; paid training provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

  • Physical requirements vary based on specific client assignments
