Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and document session data
• Build positive relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain
• Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
• Strong interest in working with individuals on the autism spectrum
• Consistency, professionalism, and a compassionate approach
