About the Role

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, you will work one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism under BCBA supervision
• Work one-on-one with children in a center-based setting
• Meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods
• Work independently as well as in a team environment

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA experience preferred)
