About the role
We're seeking a passionate and motivated BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with our experienced BCBA team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Delivering ABA therapy in a positive and engaging manner
- Following treatment plans designed by our supervising BCBAs
- Collecting data and documenting client progress
- Creating a safe and engaging session environment
- Communicating effectively with families and supervisors

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
- RBT certification a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks
