Behavior Technician

We’re hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Fort Mill, SC.

About the role

This is a rewarding, part-time, onsite role where you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful progress in a child’s life every day while growing your professional skills in a supportive environment.

Schedule

You must be available Monday through Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Full availability during these times is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children with autism
• Work collaboratively with families and team members
• Implement behavior intervention plans

Requirements

For RBTs

• Active RBT certification

For BTs

• Experience or background in childcare, education, or working with children
• A positive, patient, and compassionate attitude

No prior RBT certification? We provide training and support to help you get started and succeed in the role.
