About the role
Aptitude in providing home and center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Operates under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Collect therapy session data
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or undergraduate studies in progress towards a relevant education
