Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients as per treatment plans.
- Document progress and outcomes in client files and reports.
- Collaborate with other therapists, parents, and teachers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated with best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
- A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
- A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
