Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients as per treatment plans.
• Document progress and outcomes in client files and reports.
• Collaborate with other therapists, parents, and teachers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated with best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
