Responsibilities
- Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and document behavioral data accurately
- Conduct 1:1 sessions and behavior interventions
- Support family training and education
- Develop skill-building activities aligned with Christian values
- Collaborate with ministry staff to provide holistic care
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification as an RBT
- Compassionate and faith-driven mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with children and families in a community-focused setting
