About the role
Ruth Fisher Middle School is seeking a Behavior Technician for a 3rd - 6th grade Positive Behavior Supports Classroom.
Responsibilities
- Supports students in implementing positive behavior interventions and supports
- Assists in creating and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
- Participates in data collection and analysis related to student behavior
- Works collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other staff members
Requirements
- Associates degree, equivalent, or ability to pass the paraprofessional assessment
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting students' social-emotional development
