Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in home around Pasadena.
• Teach essential daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collect and organize data during sessions, contributing to personalized client programs.
• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to continually grow your skills.
• Work closely with your supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans that make a real impact.
• Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure every child’s needs are supported.

Requirements

• Passionate, compassionate, and excited to work with children with autism.
• Prior experience in childcare, especially with children with disabilities, is a plus.
• Available to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance are essential.
• Great communicator with a collaborative attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

Education: High school or equivalent (Required). RBT certification is preferred. Ability to commute to Pasadena required.

Pay

$25 - $32 per hour, with performance‑based bonuses and a sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

15 hours per week (flexible hours in the mornings and afternoons); part‑time after‑school schedule (15‑20 hours per week).
