About the role

CCARC, Inc., seeks a Behavior Specialist to provide behavioral support to adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct observations and assessments and develop behavior support plans.
  • Provide quarterly reports and participate in IP meetings.
  • Train staff in proactive behavioral approaches.
  • Maintain documentation and assist with PRC/HRC processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Experience with developmental disabilities and behavior analysis (preferred).
  • Strong communication, documentation, and training skills.
  • Valid CT driver’s license and reliable transportation.
