About the role
CCARC, Inc., seeks a Behavior Specialist to provide behavioral support to adults with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct observations and assessments and develop behavior support plans.
- Provide quarterly reports and participate in IP meetings.
- Train staff in proactive behavioral approaches.
- Maintain documentation and assist with PRC/HRC processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Experience with developmental disabilities and behavior analysis (preferred).
- Strong communication, documentation, and training skills.
- Valid CT driver’s license and reliable transportation.
