About the role
The role involves providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Provide direct care and supervision to residents
- Conduct assessments and record observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document all interactions and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Background check required
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
