Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA)

About the role

AngelCare ABA Therapy is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We are passionate about providing quality care and exceptional service to children and families affected by autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Current RBT/BCaBA Certification
• Letter or 40-hour RBT Training Certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher education)
• 2 years of experience delivering ABA services
• Completion of required additional training for BHT services
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
