Responsibilities
- Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
- Models appropriate behavior, provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
- Affords assistance in Activities of Daily Living including bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance
- Affords assistance and participation in physical, vocational and recreational activities
- Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
- Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
- Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain responsible driving behaviors
- Ability to lift 50lbs

Pay
- Hourly Rate: $20-22 per hour based upon experience and education

We are searching for Part-Time Weekend Behavior Health Techs to work in our residential programs located in Lakewood, CO.
Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.
