Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven strategies
• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop tailored interventions
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support positive change
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
• Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred
• State certification in Behavior Analysis (if applicable)
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
