Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop strategies to address them.
• Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Provide training and consultation to staff and families on behavior management techniques.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• State licensure/certification in behavior analysis or related field.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
