About the role
Provides a stimulating, safe and healthy learning environment as a one-to-one companion for a particular participant.
Implements treatment plans as prescribed by Behavior Analyst
Maintains program implementation and provides feedback related to implementation proficiencies.
Models program implementation, when appropriate, for other direct support staff.
Collates data and monitors data collection for accuracy.
Partners with the behavior analyst and provides feedback regarding client performance.
Acts as lead staff during behavioral interventions.
Coordinates and facilitates community activities for the client.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma and some college coursework
- Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen
- Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior experience providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities required
- ABA 20 hour certification preferred, Required within first 3 months of employment
- Registered Behavior Technician preferred
Qualifications

Pay
$18/hour
Schedule
Part-time Shifts available: Sat/Sun 8a-10pm OR Monday- Friday 6a-10a
