We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Overseeing plan implementation in home and clinic settings
- Supervising and mentoring behavior technicians
- Training and supporting families to ensure effective intervention
- Monitoring data to inform clinical decisions
- Collaborating with a compassionate, expert team focused on clinical excellence and inclusion
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and autism intervention
- Excellent communication, supervision, and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to child-centered, evidence-based practices
