About the role
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for delivering ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Oversee the implementation of plans by behavior technicians.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide ongoing parent training to support skill development and behavior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certificated as a BCBA with strong knowledge of ABA principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to design and adapt treatment plans based on data analysis.
