About the role

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for delivering ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Oversee the implementation of plans by behavior technicians.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and an interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide ongoing parent training to support skill development and behavior management.

Qualifications & Skills
