About the role
Whether you're new to the field or advancing your career, you'll find mentorship, career growth, and a supportive community of BCBAs. This hybrid role allows up to 50% of direct supervision to be conducted remotely when clinically appropriate, with most case management and indirect work completed remotely.
Pay
Base Salary: $90,000+ based on experience, skills, and geography. Bonus: Monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years).

Onboarding & Development
- 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem-solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments

Responsibilities
- Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring high reliability and fidelity in treatment plan implementation
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs
- Continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem-solve to help clients reach their potential
- Maintain professionalism and adaptability in challenging situations
- Proactively communicate, take initiative, and foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active LBA Certification in the state of Virginia as issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine
- Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam (paid for by Autism Learning Partners)
