Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.Supervise behavior technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.Collaborate closely with families to provide support and guidance.Offer parent training to promote effective strategies at home.Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
