About the role
We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services in an outpatient pediatric setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Providing clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on data
- Collaborating with families to ensure consistency across environments
- Partnering with interdisciplinary team members such as SLPs, OTs, and PTs
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Modeling treatment strategies by working directly with clients to ensure fidelity and skill generalization
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA services
Pay
Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $90,000
