Behavior Analyst

Location: Multiple sites in Texas — Brownsville, El Paso, McAllen, Mansfield, Tyler, Fort Worth, Keller, Kingwood, Energy Corridor (Houston), Pearland, Stafford, Round Rock

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress through data-driven decision-making.
• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical teams.
• Provide caregiver training and support treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, families, clinical committees, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance.
• Participate in clinical development, quality improvement, research, and collaboration initiatives.

Pay

• Base salary
• Monthly performance bonus: $500–$1,300/month
• Annual bonus potential: up to $16k–$18k
• Sign-on bonus: $3,000
• Referral and retention bonuses
• Relocation assistance available, if needed

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 1 day hybrid
