Responsibilities
- Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and monitor progress through data-driven decision-making.
- Supervise and support RBTs and clinical teams.
- Provide caregiver training and support treatment implementation.
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, families, clinical committees, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance.
- Participate in clinical development, quality improvement, research, and collaboration initiatives.
Pay
- Base Salary: $92,000/year
- Monthly Performance Bonus: $500–$1,300/month
- Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $16,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
- Referral and retention bonuses

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- 1 day hybrid
